My Approach
My approach begins with a deep exploration of the root core of the issue, once mapped we can then build a plan to achieve your ‘Health & Life goals’ and with support take action steps that will deliver better health around food and weight management over time.
My coaching style is about self awareness, breaking down barriers and identifying and working through challenges. By taking the right course of action you will be left feeling confident and moving forward each and every session. I use effective coaching tools, blood sugar balancing diets and science based knowledge in health but my main focus is to listen, understand and offer guidance around nutrition and energy levels together creating your healthier lifestyle programme. The purpose is for you to be empowered to continue without my services feeling in control of your weight and energy levels.

Fitter, happier, healthier you!!
I started my journey listening to people at local health clubs, surgeries and community centres across the globe trying to help motivate people to take charge of their health. I trained as a personal trainer and health coach and worked across the globe helping people achieve their personal goals.
Professionally, I work as a contract Health Coach delivering face to face group workshops for an NHS program in healthy behaviour change around diet, exercise and lifestyle. I am a current graduate member of The Health Coach Academy, I have a degree in Human Resource Management and a diploma in Personal Training.
