Jo created a gentle exercise plan that was suitable after I’d had my second baby and could be done at home whilst the baby slept.
I started seeing Jo after I’d had my second baby and needed a personalised exercise programme that was flexible, home-based and gentle. We did the exercises together and had the baby monitor with us. The sessions were just perfect for me and helped me back to feeling like me again after giving birth. I would definitely recommend her!

Dealing with spondyloarthropaty, constant pain, stiffness, sarcopenia (muscle loss) some days even walking was really difficult . I’m an active person but my quality of life was poor as I was not able to exercise or even carry out simple tasks.
Jo’s programme was amazing. Depending on the behaviour of the disease Jo adapted and created a different training plan. Sometimes only simple exercises to improve mobility and reduce stiffness and pain. A month in i started recovering my joint movement range. I could feel increased strength and resistance and endurance. After 1 year training with Jo’s guidance I went from someone who was not able to walk without pain to someone weightlifting and I enjoyed the beautiful muscle tone I was seeing develop giving me the strength. I even tried sports I had never imagined trying and I was able to cycle and even wake board which gave me so much joy. I also started running again. After training with Jo I had never felt so strong before.
